June is here and it is the final month of the school year

Wow! It is June! May was a whirlwind of a month and we couldn’t be prouder of all our dancers. This is the final installment of our monthly newsletter for the 2022.2023 school year and tuition payments.  Saturday is the recital, and we cannot be more excited! Please take Friday to rest up for a busy Saturday. Remember that the fun isn't over after recital. We will be hosting the in-studio photo week and the Peace.Love.Dance re-enrollment week. Be sure to read those sections for the details.

We are excited to welcome Jasmine Burke to our faculty next season. She is moving here from Idaho and will be teaching Hip hop at both locations. Ms. Wendy will continue to be involved as a substitute teacher as needed and we thank her for all her help and work with the kids this year.

Peace. Love. Dance

We want to thank you for being a part of our dance family this year. As such we will be offering priority registration for the 2023/2024. Not only will you get the first chance to enroll in next year's classes and beat the September rush. From June 5th-17th we will waive the registration fee for those registering for the upcoming season.

What to register for your might ask? Check your email on June 5th, our staff will be emailing class recommendations out. Our staff works together to develop feedback and praise for your student as well as the perfect class recommendations for your dancer. Recommendations are based on their attendance, hard work and progress made this year.

During the Dance-aploosa event you will attend your regular class and participate in a fun spirit week with all sorts of fun and festivities. Dancers are encouraged to dress up. You can also try out a different style of class. This is the perfect opportunity to try out tap, acro or hip hop.

Take a look through our current schedule here. If you are going to try out a new class please schedule the trial so we can adjust staffing needs accordingly. Check the dance bag, because dancers should have been given a “passport”. It’s a punch card that dancers can give to the instructor of the class they participate in. If you get all the punches you can turn in your punch card at the desk for a prize! We have extras if needed!

During the Peace.Love.Dance Re-Enrollment Dance-aploosa event our staff can help you get registered for fall or you can register online through our parent portal, simply use the promo code “Peace.Love.Dance” when you check out online. Senior Spotlights

June has become such a bittersweet time of year for the studio. While we are so proud of all the dancers it has become a time to say goodbye to our graduating dancers. It is such a privilege to be a part of our dancers lives for such an extended period. This year we have three lovely souls moving on to the next phase of life. We can’t wait to see what more they accomplish.
